you could find the following information which may be a possible answer to one of your questions
AMBER SMITH:
January, 2002-Moments after discovering Yaqi, Howard Stern received a call from Amber Smith who wanted to promote her calendar. Howard suggested that when they took the show to Las Vegas (in the upcoming month) that she get tied and tickled by a listener and then she could promote her calendar. Amber agreed and revealed that she was very ticklish, especially on her thighs. Howard promoted this daily and Amber even put an update on her site inviting her fans to come "torture" her.
A TMF member (please remind me who you are so I can put your name in...sorry!) sent an email to her through her site, cheering her on and asking specifically if her feet were ticklish (which she didn't answer, curiously!) :
