drawn together tickling scene (sort of)

Foxxy is my fave character in Drawn Together. "I am so mad, I've been stuck like this for 3 hours!..." *doing "ohnoyoudidn't" gesture* She got her foot licked in an early episode by Wooldor as well. Hard to believe the same person who voices her also did Penny from Inspector Gadget when she was young.
