I can relate to the gist of your ad cause trying to find tickle connections can be a stressor. Especially locally. I'm in Western WA state in Maple Valley. Where in Eastern WA RU? A drive west on I-90 and west (really more south) on Hwy 18 and you've made it to my place!
I'm a total switch as well, fantastic tickler with lotsa practice on a lot of different ticklish guys and different types of ticklishness, but have come to discover as an adult that I'm pretty ticklish too (a realization more so than as a kid). AbSOLElutely luv to tickle a guy's soft smooth ticklish soles most cause I'm verrry ticklish there too, as well as all over my legs and inner thighs a killer (the lower half more ticklish, but get that going, my upper bod takes off too!)
