I've never worked from home in the sense of being logged in to a computer at work from home, but I certainly did work at home (such as grading exams).
 
Yeah teachers always work from home in that way...well in the age where everyone started doing it since Covid I very rarely did it. I found myself bored like 2 days after Covid and started going in half a day at least while nobody else was in the building. Was weird back then.
Now it's more of a convenience (i.e. snowstorm I can stay home).
 
None of my former colleagues liked teaching via Zoom because they just can't get or give the same feedback as when you're in the same classroom.
 
Yeah plus I'm not the most extroverted person so going to my job helps as I deal with so many people and I really enjoy that aspect.
But there's positives to working from home occasionally.
 
In my imaginary ideal world, I would work at home three days a week and to into the office only Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
 
Well Mils let's see how this game turns out tonight both our teams!
 
Yankees were good. I feel both series will go at least 6.

My prediction before both series started was Dodgers in 6 games and Yankees in 6 games. We shall see what actually happens.
 
Did you see the Yankees loss? If they lose Game 4 I'll be concerned about momentum...and Dodgers got 1 more win to go.
 
No, I was watching the beginning of the Dodger game as the game in Cleveland was ending. I did see clips of the two home runs (bottom 9th and bottom 10th) on the sports news.
 
Well they almost blew the game yesterday but won. Mets showed they had something left.
 
I hope to see the end of the ALCS tonight and the end of the NLCS on Sunday.
 
That'd be nice! I have a feeling though the Guardians might find a way to win Game 5.
 
They always might. Even the wretchedly bad 2024 White Sox at 41-121 found a way to win 41 games.
 
Lol...poor White Sox. It's funny a lot of people wear their hat even around NY. I think like the style.

Loyalty to your team in bad years is commendable. I was still a staunch Dodger fan in 1992 when they finished in last place at 63-99. 😱
 
Look at me a Jets fan...worst record over the last 10 years in football.
 
I didn't realize that the Jets were the worst over the ten-year period.
You should be commended for your loyalty.
 
Thanks! They haven't made the playoffs in 14 years...the longest streak in professional sports for not making the playoffs at least. And they're 2-4 this season with high expectations for a change.
 
I literally cannot name anybody who played for the Jets after Joe Namath. 😛
