I loved watching him blow a 2-run lead to the Dodgers in the 9th inning in Game 4 of the 1988 NLCS.

Guess what? I bought 2026 Yankees tickets for May against the Orioles already. I got them a lot cheaper than I usually buy them for (around same area seats).

The Dodgers will be in Yankee Stadium July 17 to 19, 2026.
The Dodgers will be in CitiField July 24 to 26, 2026.
I haven't decided how many of those games I will attend.

Who knows maybe I will see Yankees/Dodgers. I'm trying to get 3 games next year instead of my usual 2.

Yankee Stadium (via the D train) is a much shorter trip than CitiField (via the 1 train followed by the 7 train), so maybe I will go to some of the Yankee games and ignore the Mets.

Yankee stadium is simple for me...I drive 2 minutes to the train station in my town and first stop is Yankee Stadium when I get express train on game day. 25 minutes I'm there.

That's almost as short as the subway ride from Columbus Circle. 🚇

It's definitely convenient and I'm glad I don't have to drive there and park. Getting out of a stadium after a game is a nightmare.

Besides the traffic jam when the game is over, they overcharge for parking.

That and the food that's how they make all that money.
