Why it failed

Geocities doesn't allow crosslinking. So that's why it won't come thru. If you cut and paste the URL into your browsers you'll be able to see the image.

Not wanting to be picky, but I guess you're talking about Elmer Batters, the grandfather of all stocking-foot fetishists. He did some great tickling pics as well, but I'm afraid he went out of business long before the VCR age...
