Well Florence Pugh has previous for tickling co-stars, but this one looks like they are just sharing a joke.

I saw a snippet of a clip of this moment. It's not a tickle. Emily's top blew open in the wind or something and Florence was trying to hold it closed to not show off her cleavage. The two of them are just laughing because they found it funny. Like Cave said though, I wouldn't be surprised if Florence has tickled her at some point. She's been known to do that haha.

I also read an article about this today actually. It's exactly as Rebell says. The top button of Emily's top came off while they were taking pictures, and Florence quickly moved her hand in front of the area exposed by the top and held the jacket.

No tickling. Just Florence being a good person and a great friend.
