UK Tickling does not approach models and ask them to work with him. He puts out casting calls and also gets enquiries by word of mouth (e.g. the model hears about it from a fellow model or a fan). I can guarantee you that somebody will have asked Emma about working with him (maybe many times) but if she's not interested then that's it I'm afraid. The replies to her tweet will do nothing to encourage her either.
