Jose Alberto Martinez, an 18-year-old from Houston, Texas, has been charged with the murder of his neighbor. His weapon of choice was a two-foot sword. According to police, the two were drinking together when an argument broke out. After stabbing the old man to death, the teenager proceeded to harrass the deceased's elderly mother by slapping her.

It is, I think, my logic was that TX seems to be the state where you'd let your kids ahve alcohol, to hell with the legal age
