Europe Vs USA Golf

Apparently some celebrities including Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta Jones, Jodie Kidd and Robbie Williams have been playing a spot of Golf. It was called the All-stars cup and was between celebrities from the USA and their counterparts from Europe (mainly UK and ireland for some reason?). Well it was tense and it looked like USA would win, but Europe won.

Hooray! I think?

I was gripped by this tournament. Why would I want to watch the cricket instead?

where was the match held? in the states or in europe? i never heard of it. and is the rider cup this year or next? did bill murray play or alice cooper in the celeb match?

It was in Europe I think. May have been held in the UK. Not a serious tournament. Just a bit of fun I think.
Don't worry, nobody in Europe knew about this tournament either.

The next Ryder Cup is Sep. 22-24, 2006 at The K Club, Straffan, County Kildare, Ireland.
