Not sure about the second picture, well I'm not sure about both to be honest, but it looks like she gets tickled in the first - notice that she wears some strange top with holes on postition of her underarms and how this guy put her fingers right on her bare armpit?
It also looks like that the person whose hand is seen on the picture has intend to tickle the guy who tickles Eve.
EDIT: It isn't the top with holes she is wearing, it is short-sleeved t-shirt.
