I used to tie up and tickle one of my friend's sisters when we were in middle school and high school. She seemed to like it when we were younger but in retrospect Not a good idea as she would always bring it up when we were adults in our 20s and it was horribly uncomfortable. Oh, it happened. She told a lot of people about it. It was weird because when we were in high school she used to tease me about it and I would tie her and tickle her and she seemed to like it. She wasn't talking about it in a way suggesting she was abused but more so like implying I was a weirdo. Needless to say, I stopped hanging out with her brother and stayed away from her because I think her then fiance wanted to fight me when he found out about it. True story.... be careful about fulfilling your fantasies in reality.
