i have a friend who is in the process now..she still has a penis..and she got very depressed this last summer..i believe the hormone meds etc..she is undergoing hair removal now..i believe this..that God can indeed make mistakes..i mean why suffer all this pain and emotional upheaval to change genders if you truly felt in your heart that you were meant to be the opposite gender? and when she was a he, he was a marine..he tried to prove he was manly to others..but deep down he knew he was meant to be a female..my hat is off to her..it's a long, arduous process..and i call it brave of those who decide they simply have to do it..

i was picked on since preschool, constantly. which makes me one of the most patient men you'll ever meet.

blew almost $100,000 in trust fund money in less than one year. which made me realize money isn't everything. i had all that, and i was bored and depressed.

i had many bad things happen in my early childhood, making me grow up faster and take care of my family by age 6. this made me learn things at an earlier age, so my mind is that much older and wiser. like having an old spirit as they say.

i'm overweight, this makes me look at people in a different light. i no longer judge people by their looks.


i may have once been junk, but through hardships, i am better than most men, cause i fought for it.

if you fight through your hardships, and fight for want you want, it's so much sweeter. that's why i believe gay marriages will work better than most regular ones. they have to fight tooth and nail for your rights to marriage, and makes them appreciate it more.


I believe people are born in the wrong body for reasons unknown at the time. on the path of correcting your gender to the right one you were meant for, you grow and learn valuable things. it may give you more patience, tolerance for people who don't understand. who knows, you may find your soulmate going through the same process you are, and you 2 would have never met if you weren't born with the wrong gender.

i agree, if everyone was made perfect as that claim states, everyone would be boring.

God didn't make Gremlins and Geo Metros cause they are awesome cars, they are junk cars. and some people love junk cars.

i'm heavyset with a need for glasses and bad knees not because god thinks i'm perfect that way, but some people love guys who aren't assembly line made, like myself.

Guess that's the last time I use a spiritually humorous line to state my opinion...

Quite honestly, I have had this kind of thought process go on, though more in the terms of "what would it be like if I were born a woman instead?"
I've never really considered surgery though, and I certainly don't consider myself in the category of a "male lesbian". I think that there comes a point where everyone wants to change something about themselves, including gender; it comes down to either overcoming or succumbing to insecurities.

Yeah... I never did thought about sex change, but boy did I think many times about what would happen if I was born a lady.

First of all, let's make one thing straight: I never thought that, were I born a woman I'd be lesbian (no offense to those who are, I just don't think I'm made that way)... maybe bi, but definitely not a lesbian.

Also, as entertaining a thought is of being born with pussy and boobies, as well the social stigma to keep my hair long, I somehow prefer being a man and chasing those beautiful creatures.
