I need help! I don't know the title of the story, but there is a story where a man goes around tickling every woman in the city. He touches them & the fall to the ground in laughter. I read it awhile ago & cannot find it. Please help..

Im not sure how long ago I read it, but it was at least 7 or 8 months ago. I wish i could find it.
 
Did you comment on it? Because if so you can just find your various posts. Look for one in a story from seven or eight months ago, and that will probably be it.
