Exposed a friend to tk vid by mistake

Soooo... a friend of mine wanted this show on DVD. I had the show and have the means to produce DVDs so I thought I'd be nice and make it for her.

I give her the DVD and 2 days later she calls me to thank me for the disc. Then there's a pause and she asks, "Uuuhm, who's the woman tied up and why are you tickle torturing her?"

Dead air on my end of the phone as I try to get my head around the question... or more how she got the footage.

Long story short, there wasn't much I could do except tell her.

After the call, I retraced my steps to figure out the snafu. When I make DVDs, to make things easy I use templates for menus and such that are set up the way I prefer. Well, at some point I must have saved a project I was working on over top of the template. I checked the disc but didn't watch it all the way through.

When I made her DVD the video files where compiled into the project just without any menu links... but it started playing after her show ended. DOOH!

The surprising part is she had all kinds of questions and said she'd like to try it sometime. (not to make a video, just to see what it's like)

That was oooone awkward conversation right after her initial question.

I'm always afraid of missing the target when i'm watching clips and drag-dropping files, and accidentally dropping it on someones msn-window or transfer it otherwise.. Did that once, but luckily it was a randomized filename, and i managed to cancel before the actual transfer started

Ummm, a similar thing happened to me. I was trying to play an mp3 for a friend when I forgot that I had saved a video in that folder (the names were close in the alphabetical order). I only showed her one second of it, but luckily she wasn't really paying attention when I opened it, so she never saw it, just heard that static that's usually at the beginning. Close call.

I keep my tickle stuff totaly seperate from the mp3s I make for this reason (yea I make my own from vinyl, tapes and sometimes CD's..im the old man remember? lol). No one ever goes on my PC as I live alone, but if I have someone over here thats gonna go on my PC, the stuff is well hidden and cant be found unless looking for it. If im seeing someone however...of corse its no secret lol

If you run XP, use a specific account that you only use for TK access or, uh, "whatever else" prying eyes should not see... and set NTFS permissions for that account only. Then, nobody on that machine logged in with a different account can see anything you don't want them to.

I've done something similar before, if it makes you feel any better.

I was emailing a rather *et-hem* graphic drawing to myself (so I wouldn't forget to transfer it to my hard drive later) and typed in "m.." for "me" in the "To:" field. I've done this a million times before, and just clicked send.......before I could realize my computer registered it as "Mom" instead. SHIT!

Luckily for me, however, my mom knows about my little fetish and I was able to call her at work, screaming "DO NOT OPEN THAT EMAIL!!!" Made me glad I came out to her when I did, lol, or she may have had some really awkward questions..... 🙄

You tend to find that. You'll wrack yourself with all sorts of whys and wherefors when it comes time to tell someone about This Thing Of Ours, and then when you finally do at worst it'll be met with a puzzled look. Then again there are worse things to confess to a woman; would you rather be telling her you get off on hearing her laugh when you tickle her or that you want to stick your cock up her nose? Tickling ain't THAT weird or dirty when you look at it from an objective perspective.
