You can buy clips at any number of websites. Tickling Paradise, French Tickling, and Tickle Party just to name a few.
If you do a google search on Tickling, you'll turn up even more.
My new favourite is Czech ticklish girls.
Most clips usually run about 5 minutes or more on the average and usually cost around 5 or 6 dollars.
You can also go to 'The Splits' here on Tickle Theater and get some longer ones that are Free. The catch here is that they are posted broken down into segments and you reassemble them yourself w/some very simple software that you can download. Usually, the software to reassemble is bundled up with the clip.
