Hi there.My Windows Media Player wont play any clips.It keeps saying "the data is invalid"🙁

Any suggestions?

It works for me whether I stream it or save it onto disk. I assume you are just trying to stream it, so you could try to save it onto disk and then run the file.

What version of Windows Media Player are you running? I am currently running Windows Media Player version 9.0. You can download it here:

Make sure you download the right file according to your operating system.

Thanks for your suggestions.I ahve the most up to date media player and all i do is click on a link to try and stream it.How do u download it then cos my pc seems to try and do it automatically?

I'm using the Windows Media Player 8.00.00.4477 and i saved the files with the Windows Movie Maker version 1.1.2427.0 - these come with Windows XP.
But i think there will be no problem with the newest version of the Media Player indstalled on any system. You can download
a beta version of the Media Player 9 here: (~8.5 MB)
(i already downloaded it, but still didn't have the time to test it)

Right click on the link, and Save Target As. 😉

hey, that goes all so very fast today...

for downloads i'm using Gozilla or GetRight.
When one of these programs is installed, they do the download
instead of Windows, or u can use the right Mouseclick and choose
an option in the pulldown - Menu.
