Perhaps the reason why breasts tickling is more unpopular is because few ladies grant access to men to this private area. 😱
Another reason could be that it's not really applicable to men, so it's a little unfair. If that's the case, the male's equivalent could be tickling their private part too, though its the only one men have. I know very well that that area, if tickled in the right side and right way, is more than enough to drive the man tickled insane. It has a very very sensitive area (hint to ladies).
Tickling is a friendly, community bonding activity, to be welcomed with an open mind and with open arms. If private parts can be tickled, why not? I hardly think it will become any form of pornography.
