Urban Dictionary defines it as "when you blow directly on someone's bare skin resulting in a tickling sensation for the other person ... usually done on one's stomach" (typos in original corrected).

Some of the pics appeared to be kissing rather than raspberries, but it's all good to me because I find f/f body worship to be extremely sexy 😀
