Not at all familiar with the series, except that it seems to be the brainchild of Matt Groening. If it lives up to Simpsons (early Simpsons, anyway) and Futurama standards, it would be well worth hunting up. Princess Bean (Jesus, really?) has kind of an oafish, common charm, visually anyway, that you've reflected well in your interpretation. Dunno who's delivering the instruction, but I'm laying odds it's the Bart-ish looking goblin she apparently pals around with.

Gave it a go when I was not in the mood, and only got through one episode. But I recently re-visited it and thoroughly enjoyed it! She does have a bit of that "common/oafish charm" as you said, but she's a great character overall. And does a fair bit of barefoot romping around in season 2. Now if only they wrote in a tickle scene!
