An extreme case of what in genetics is called "Morton's toe."
It is sometimes called "Greek toe" since some ancient Greek sculptures show people with their second toes longer than their big toes.
Morton (Dudley J. Morton 1884-1960) was an orthopedic surgeon who described the condition.
Below is a less extreme case.
On a personal note, my father, my brother, and I have Morton's toe.

Can confirm. Its bad photoshop. Cloning is evident in knuckle highlight.
That said, I still find a longer second toe sexy as hell. ... ... but not that abomination.
