All this is because the morality of society. Although both women and men have similar tastes, and can enjoy tender actions within/from the opposite sex; it is more morally accepted to have a man watching videos about that, than to have a woman watching those videos. And morality affects most of the people, so hard, that following it, most women will not dare to watch, even if they are alone and no one will ever know.
And that, for the industry, means that most of the users are male, so there are more demand for male tastes, than for female tastes.
I assume here that the reason most of the ticklees are female, is because men want to see women feeling that. And that the most interested people in watching male ticklees, will be female tickling lovers, as their attraction is usually for men, than for women (they do not feel so much excitation from watching a woman, as from watching a man).
