Just remember, anything you post to Facebook is there for the whole world to see! So, if you would rather people didn't know about your "interests", it might be better to avoid posting there.

Not sure if you know people just by posting here or you actually have met and got to knowa group of TMF people off of the boards. Begfore you start facebooking on your personal profile I would develop an actual friendship with the person. I have TMF friends as facebook friends but I know them in real life. I have come to care about and respect these people. It is understood that all postings are kept vanilla. I respect these people's private life and they respect mine. Last thing we all need is to be outed in front of family, friends and co workers. Becarefull who you put and ignore the people you might know feature. I have tmf people who I happen to like and respect pop up on that all the time but I will not out of the blue friend them. I prefer to talk to them face to face at a gathering prior to requesting them. Wityh facebook you get a glimpse into somebody's vanilla life, that's huge. I see it as an honor to be given such a privledge. Therefore it should be done with the utmost respect and with people who you trust.
