Not sure if anyone else has witnessed this, but a tip for some tickle talk is to join Facebook groups (doesn’t have to be tickle related) but some are fetish/kink related and some are just general groups where you ask people questions or chat about random things. Seen plenty of people talk tickling or being ticklish in groups that aren’t tickle-specific
