It's multitasking. While the ticklee is being tickled, she is also eating pussy, which could be involuntary as she convulses with a mouthful of muff. I haven't done this yet, so I don't know how much the sitter should worry about accidental biting.

It's never a good idea to restrict the breathing of the ticklee. She needs to be able to process lots of air.
