Factually speaking.....

Odalis Perez pitched wonderfully yesterday, quite a change from his previous outings. 😀
 
Greg Maddux is two strikeouts short of 3,000 for his career, with only 892 walks, one of only two pitchers with 3,000 K's and less than 1,000 walks
 
Today I will be rooting for the Dodgers (of course) and for the Marlins. 😀
 
NT has expressed no rooting interest in the Dodgers/Mets game, and I have no rooting interest in the Cubs/Cardinals game. 😛
 
While I thank you for that sentiment, I honestly don't have any rooting interest in the NL Central match-up of Cubs vs. Cardinals.
 
While I thank you for your modesty, I don't have any interest in Dodgers/Mets, well, maybe one, to send the Mets further closer to vacation in October
 
In fact, many Cubs fans have antipathy towards the Mets, especially those old enough to remember when both teams were in the NL East, before the AL and NL Central Divisions were created. 😀
