I do use Energizers for my GBA. Duracell works just as well, so there's no comparison. Only you pay the price just for the name.

In my experience, I've found that Energizer batteries last longer than Duracell. But since the advent of rechargeables, brand reliability's become moot, I think. 😛

I am quite sure it won't last long. Gov. Schwarzennegar fined strikers when the Albertsons and Vons were on strike. It surely did not stop me from shopping there, even though Food-4-Less was steep.

I remember that strike. Fortunately for me, I shop at Stater Brothers, where the grocery workers didn't strike. 😀

Oh, me too! Me, too. However, I'm not too far from IGA. That's the only grocery store in this town.

In fact, I don't think there are any IGA's around here. But there's an Albertson's which is within walking distance. I prefer Stater Bros. because its prices are lower, though.

I think that Food-4-Less, Ralphs, Stater Bros. and Vons are all scattered abroad. Meanwhile, IGA has only one in the state of California that I know of.
