A ticklish girl is a good girl in my opinion. Of course, that being said, the only two girls I've dated were not white; one was Native American and one was Jamaican. I've tickled others, but it is kinda odd to think about since I may be the whitest man on the face of the earth, but hey, I'm not complaining.
 
I have alway had this fantasy. To tickle at least one girl from every state & every country, just so I could the different reactions from them
