Favorite active wrestlers?

Out of all of the WWE superstars currently wrestling, who is your favorite? I'd have to say mine is by far "Y2J" Chris Jericho. I have followed this man since his early start in WCW, and fell in love with his in ring skills and persona from the start. I am very pleased with how he has turned out in the WWE, being the very first UNDISPUTED World Champion, and even now he remains a top contender. I hope he can come out victorious at wrestlemania. "The Walls of Jericho" is like, the coolest name for a finisher, evar! 😀

Edge is by far my favorite active wrestler(although i wish they'd give him more to work with as a heel rather than whining about how HBK screwed him out of the title shot)....i just think he's cool...i love the spear...that and it's hard for me NOT to drool over a man in a trench (Undertaker included 😉 )

Tough call.
I'd say Benoit for his toothless aggression (okay, being biased as I did see him in Stampede Wrestling), Jericho for his mic work, and Edge for being just a bitterman (still wish he's use the Downward Spiral again).

I see alot of nods to Edge...I bet Matt Hardy would disagree with you guys 😉 (for those who havent seen, he is the guy Amy cheated with that broke her and Matt up....that's why you didnt see the two of them together on tv for a minute, and the reason one of Matt Hardy's "Matt Facts" was that Matt Hardy would never deceive a frend. He called Adam Copeland a piece of feces at his site, and obviously Adam isnt the most beloved guy in the locker room right now).

My pick still goes to Flair, although they have made his character HHH's ass kisser. He is still more entertaining than about 95% of the people on the roster, whether he is wrestling, standing still, or talking.

I have to agree that ric flair is so damn funny, I laugh everytime I see him. He's great!

Yeah im with Celtic on this one, The Game HHH is my favourtie active character, he is the best bad guy character on the show.

Shelton Bejamin. He has the grappling skills of Kurt Angle as well as the aerial skills of Sting. The most talented wrestler today bar none! All his moves look so real and well performed its amazing to watch him. I hope hes the World Champion some day. Personally with his skills I dont see how he couldnt be.

I couldn't pick one. Shelton Benjamin, Kurt Angle, and Chris Benoit all have the best ring skills, IMO. HHH is probably the best as an overall package, when talking about the right mix of ring skills, mic skills, and stamina. Edge, Cena, and Jericho are all terrific high energy wrestlers and always put on a good match. Shawn Michaels still has it and can still put on amazing long, high stamina matches. And Batista has the best "look" and draws the biggest crowd pop right now, IMO. I must admit I also mark out big time for Batista. He's probably my current fave, but I think that has more to do with him being fresh as opposed to having any degree of talent more than those mentioned above.

I think shark boy is the best light weight in the business haha no seriously, im impressed by a.j. styles, batista, kurt angle, and chris jericho(can put on a great match if they would let him work a match)

I thought marty jenity had a good match with kurt angle on thursday. He wasnt that bad with shawn michaels, I just think shawn wants all the spot light.

In the words of Shane Douglas: "Give Benoit a mop to wrestle with and it'll still be a good match". Everything he does, hurts.

Eddie Guerrero
He's in that enviable position where he's so damn popular with the fans, the WWE actually scrapped the idea of him turning heel. He really is the lucha version of Ric Flair.

Chris Jericho
His promos, old and new, are always entertaining. But he can put together a great match too.

Ric Flair
He may be old, but he's one of the funniest dudes in the business. Best "WOO!" ever.

Benoit, Y2J, & Edge are grate. I have to tip my hat to Eddie Chovieto and Ray as well. As far a HHH goes, he's only where he is because of who he married. Not that he doesn't have an abundance of talent, but when you take it in the ass from your father-in-law it doesn't count.

I think Shelton Benjamin is my favorite, and Benoit, Angle as well because they are trying to bring back a word that is dirty to the entertainment business, and that is wrestling 😀

my favorite current wrestlers are Undertaker, HHH, Kurt Angle, HBK and....Christian!!! tell me Christian isnt entertaining. i also like Y2J and John Cena as well. they keep me entertained. as for Ric Flair, he is ALWAYS and will ALWAYS be entertaining.
