I suppose the "meltdown frenzy" is the most intense so I went with that. But I would not melt down, I'd keep up very intense laughter and constant struggling against the restraints. That's as a Lee. As a Ler? I guess that depends on how she wants it done. My choice would be subtle and sensuous, with lots of sensuous verbal teasing, then steadily increasing in intensity.

To answer: I enjoy the first and third option.

Once the tickling becomes gentle and teasing, the giggly squirmy kind, you know it's getting sexual. Love that.
