Always nice to know the users have their eyes open.
Since I'm in charge of the forum, I'm in charge of handling the html and contents of the main page. And yes the poll has been there a long time. Psycho used a web site to generate the code for the polls he posted, and I simply have not had the time to track the site down and make a new one.
I've had my hands full trying to get a handle on making sure the basic day to day stuff is up and running. There are a dozen little jobs like this that need to be knocked off and dealt with. But since I'm working for free, and on my own time, have a full time job, and a few other life hobbies, I'm taking my own time in getting to them.
In the coming months you'll see the poll change. You'll see the links section get cleaned up and start growing. You'll see the return of the model guide. You'll see the Golden feathers back. And so on and so on. I have graphics to edit, several mods names are missing from the main forum entrance. I have ftp accounts to set up. It's endless.
The basics will always be dealt with PDQ, this extra stuff will wait in line. I will get to it. Be patient.
And before people ask, I'm cheerful to be doing all of this. It's a lot of fun, and I'm learning tons. It just takes time. I'm very happy to be here to run this place for all of you.
