Favorite Name on the TMF

I like the name "Socksoffs" for painting a nice mental image, and I always thought the name "Admiral Trousers" was funny.

Me too, phatteus. I thought it was some dude lived in North Carolina. LOL. Now that I'm enlightened, I'd have to say that DVNC is pretty darned clever.

I sort of like Limes moniker, (even though I don't know what it means)...but can't put it up here the same way she does. ...guess I'm a bit biased...we both have Rotties...lol..!!

If I would have thought to use my IM ID to register here, that may have, probably, gotten a vote or two, but since I've already asked Myriads to change my SN once, I would feel like asking again would be pushing it...and besides, although not original, I chose my current SN for a valid reason. Maybe I'll just get two identities.

Sometimes I think that the person makes the name...kinda know what I mean? There are some clever ones though I must admit. As for DVNC, I think you guys are off base on what it stands for. I won't say exactly what it means for the sake of his privacey, but I believe he created the name using the initials from a relationship he was once in, hence the DV-N-C. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure I am not. For some reason though I find it a cool nick...maybe just cause he is a kewl dude or something...yeah...that's it!!!!

Thanks so much for clearing that up, tkrexx! Over time, I had begun to wonder if I'd ever really heard such a song, or was just having some bizarre case of "false-memory-syndrome".
BTW--This's way off topic, but I got to meet the band T-Rex a long time ago while I was working the graveyard shift at a grocery store!
