Favorite Super VILLIAN

Okay, we have heros, now let's hear about your favorite villian.

For me, even though I'm a Marvel fan and not a big fan of DC, I'm all about DC's The Riddler. Edward Nygma is Batman's smartest foe. He's also the best. Again, The Riddler is one guy who can tickle me any time, any place, anywhere. Oh yeeeeeeah!

The Joker, being totally insane and without any conscience or emotion is definitly a badass villain.

And then there's Dr. Doom. Given time, he could figure out how to defeat ANYONE. Hell, he beat the Beyonder. 'nuff said.

Heh doomsday was born of krypton and cannot be stopped. Plus doomsday is the only creature to give the blue boyscout night terrors. He also whooped the Justice League with literally one arm tied behind his back, even my boy Guy Gardner. Also in the telling of doomsdays origins, he also killed half of the Green Lantern Corps before being stopped on the home planet. To quote booster gold "He's a doomsday machine"

I'm into Marvel, so guys like Dr. Doom, Omega Red and Magneto (though actually noble) are my faves. These kind of villains are so cool and bad-ass that you can't help but respect and like them.

Mmm - I don't know, Shell, The Merc With A Mouth isn't totally a villian. Yes, he does bad things - for pay - but he also does good things for pay. And currently he is working with Cable who is also a grey-area good guy.

Have to say though, with his Star Trek references, Deadpool IS cool.

Yes, I read/collect comic books! I am a pathetic mess! But the Riddler is still welcome to tickle my feet! (Ah, if only I could draw! LOL) 😛

Bullseye. Just gotta have respect for a guy who can make anything a weapon and hit his target with deadly accuracy.

And the Juggernaut. Not the movie version, mind you, the comic version. Anyone who could go toe to toe with the Hulk and Thor and still walk away ya gotta respect.

Allright, a few more:

Luthor, sort of like Doom in that he's motivated by power and the belief that he's the best man to rule the world, although Doom has that twisted sense of honor, which Luthor lacks.

The Joker, because his motivations are so simple, he just has fun killing people.

Venom was probably the best villain to be introduced in the past 20 years

True, but in his last couple of encounters with Superman, Big Blue cleaned his clock. He's not my fave just because the writers are so damn inconsistent with him.

Two top my list.

Dr. Doom - you gotta love a villain who refers to himself in the third person, and who rules his own country.

Lex Luthor - the one man who has given Superman the most trouble. And he's a mere mortal. Lex rocks! I hate to love him and love to hate him!

Hush you! Heh, theres many differences, like he's from titan and wants to marry death. I like darkseid as well, heh but even darkseid admitted the only person who made him feel fear was doomsday when he ripped apart his mentor in seconds

Wishful thinking, Shellie-poo-kins, that's all. Though if any (not nessasarily you, but any) of the artists here - or the writers - feel like doing something where I end up the tickle-victim of ol' Nygma, I sure won't protest.

supervillians...so many to choose...
ok, lex luthor: sure, he's a mortal. however, in a recent story arc, he built a battlesuit powered by kryptonite and his own body was enhanced by bane's drug, venom. he actually kicked supes and ol' pointy ears around quite a bit.

venom: one of the few people who has spidey wetting himself everytime he's around. that, and that 1 symbiote has spawned dozens of story arc over the years.

MEGATRON: gun, tank, dragon...no matter the form, he's destructive, intelligent, and defeated Optimus Prime in a climatic battle.

Ozymandias from The Watchmen. He gave people cancer, blamed it on one of his friends, then killed millions of people. Most villians tell you what they're going to do before they do it, Ozymandias did the opposite so that no one could stop him.

Strider, I have to disagree, Venom is a product of the 90's, and in my opinion, one of the most overrated of Spider-Man's rogue's gallery. I'd like to see him fall to the same fate as his offspring, carnage. That being... getting ripped in half by the sentry.
