Thanks for the recommendation. 🙂 Though having just googled it, I see that it’s a zombie film – not a genre I’ve ever been big on for some reason. But maybe the found footage element would be enough to override that disinclination, who knows.
Yes but not your usual zombies. I don't wanna say too much, but let's say that this is closer to 28 Days Later or Cloverfield than Dawn of the Dead. Really worth a shot IMO, although be prepared for a wild ride: the last 20 minutes are really intense.
Ha! Just rewatched it a few weeks ago. With Ringo AND Keith Moon!

A really fun movie is "24 Hour Party People" which tells the story of Factory Records and the Manchester music scene of the late 70s-early 90s (Joy Division/New Order...etc). You'd think with that music it would probably be very serious and dour....but it's actually hilarious. Steve Coogan gives a drop-dead hysterical performance as Tony Wilson (the impressario of the whole scene). I was dragged to it by a girl who had seen it the day before, called me up and (as I said) dragged me to it. A really funny movie, especially if you know the music of that period, but even if you don't, it's not about being a fan of that music, it's about knowing what it's like to be a fan.......
