Feather tattoo on foot

Does anyone here have a feather tattoo on the top of their foot?

I just saw one as I passed by a lady on the street....

Is it even conceivable that someone could get this and NOT be a 'lee???

It's definitely a possibility that they're a lee but it's not guaranteed. Sometimes people get a certain tattoo just because they think it looks cool or pretty but it doesn't have any meaning. Or maybe feathers have some meaning to her that has nothing to do with tickling.

Bad news for you: feathers are a common tattoo motif, especially on women. Since foot tattoos are also common on women, there's naturally going to be some overlap that probably has very little to do with our particular interest.
