The girl beign tickled is one fo the underrated tickle stars (IMO) of the 80's/90's; worked under the name "Olivia Chase" for Harmony and FM Concepts; also know as Gina Carrera (had a career in regular porn under that name) and Julie Winchester. This is from a vid she did for Platinum (I think) called Tickle Power (I think). Bacially, she's in a sororoity and all gung ho about tickle torturing the pledges when one of the other girsl remembers that she (the girl in the picute) was never tickled herself.
