Can't reach clips4sale...

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the clips4sale.com
stores? I've tried links to several different ones, and to their
home page. All I get is a "Page cannot be displayed" error.
Is the site down? I've been trying for over a month...

Is there any reason why the free clips are coming up as GIF Files when you try to save them viewing. Will someone please send me an answer on this?
