Today It was about 80 degreez here in Lawton,Oklahoma. I was out cruising and I drove through a shopping complex off a major road. There is an auto zone,ci ci's pizza, a dollar store and a plazma center. Anyway I drive through the parking area and what do I see? A bare female foot out of the driver side window. I paniced. I parked my car and got out and walked by I was tempted to tickle but she noticed me. I could not pass up the opportunity so I drove by reached out my window to tickle and she quickly pulled her foot back in and gave me a silly and accusing look. Well I was thinking here we go. She is gonna angrily drive away or call the police but much too my suprise, when I drove back by in 5 minutes, she had her foot put out further. Well I dared not try it again, but I am thinking some women dont mind a little foot tickle every so often.

bftk2005 thanks for sharing your story. I actually have tickled some pretty female feet that hang out car windows in the summer time. Usually its just a quick tickle and usually to my surprise they don't get mad. I tell them I just could not resist the opportunity and compliment them on their pretty feet. Most say why thank you but I am really ticklish or I am not ticklish on my feet so they don't even move them.
I only do this when its a lady by herself with her feet sticking out or a car full of women only, I never even attempt this if a guy is in the car with a lady or group of girls.

It seems to me she was LOOKING for you to do it again. Otherwise she would have kept her feet in for fear of further tickles. But, hey, that first one was a biggie. Congrats on having the guts to do it.

I once saw a girl with her nylon clad feet sticking out the window of her car in a parking lot. She wiggled her toes as I saw them like she was inviting me over. I walked over and teased nice shoes. She told me she was waiting for her friend. They just came from a wedding and her friend needed to get a card. Her feet hurt. I gave them a quick tickle and said feel better. She smiled and said tickles always cheer her up.

TRUE STORY!
Years ago I heard a girl that I worked with tell this story:
She was riding in a truck pulling a trailer up a steep hill in West Virginia. She was sleeping with her bare feet hanging out a window. Since it was a hard pull up this hill a little boy saw her feet and ran alongside tickling them. She said that she was sleepy and was in no mood to have her feet tickled. Her Mother was driving and would laugh when she told this story.
