Sorry for the late reply. I gotta say, some females are great ticklers. Frankly, there are some females who have done a better job tickling me than my boyfriend. The girls that I've been tickled by do an excellent job with tickling the feet.
 
I am a bit of both. I prefer to lee but if the mood strikes me I like to ler.
