Just read some of the replies to this guys (or girls?) thread about tickling over at this one forum. I found it online while doing a little searching. The members of that forum really said some mean things to this person! they sure did lay into him/ or her. It's a teen forum i believe like teenager to 24 years old age range forum. But that still does not make it right.

I have recently become the target of one individual and her followers of a craft forum I used to belong to. She tracked me down to here, the Theater and the UKTF and transferred posts from these forums that I had made over to the crafting forum, thereby exposing my private life and interest in tickling to some 400+ members.

Not a single reaction was positive, I was called everything from weird, kinky, down to being an abuser and a paedophile. They have made snide comments in posts I have made on another forum totally unrelated to tickling with a membership of several thousand, making specific reference to feathers, brushes, fetishes etc and decided to put Tickle me Elmo avatars on their posts all in attempt to let others know about as they put it "My seedy lifestyle" and to try and chase me off the internet just as they have done with other targets before me. They even couldn't keep it off of a post I made regarding my new job at a local Hospice, yet these are women who all profess to be Christians yet some of whom openly have affairs within marriage and have done far far worse than meeting with some like minded friends and having a playful tickle fight etc if it transpires.

It's funny how complete strangers online will carry on about you and diss on you and make pre fast judgements towards you. When they first of all don't know anything about you they have never meet you in real life meet your parents or older brothers or sisters etc....... if you have a Fetish or some kind of un normal (or even normal at times) Turn on it's like they right away know you deep down and know everything about you. So they have every right to pick you apart and be little you and step on you through the mud and snow.

And that is just not so. They shouldn't have that right at all. But of course we as human begins are judging people through all walks of life all the time. And we shouldn't because that is Gods Job. God is the final judge and maker and creator of all things.

I feel that if we as humans that have a Fetish in our lifes weather it be a hidden fetish and turn on or your out and open about it. If people could be less judgeing and more open minded and accepting towards people like that (both online and in real life). The world would be a better place for it. It would help alot of people that are so scared and shy to really express themselves and come forward about thier love and passion in life. Insted of feeling like they got to hide it from this big world and others around them.

Wow! That was unfortunately a very negative reaction to your post. I'm sorry that happened to you. Every single person on that forum would have been banned from TMF for their reactions. I like when you called that one girl "Not the sharpest knife in the drawer". That is an expression I have been using lately. I picked it up from a friend of mine on TMF. (Not gonna say who it is to protect their idenity, but my friend, you know who you are!)
Seriously, it is too bad that people are so closed minded and judgemental. My philosophy is live and let live. Everyone has a right to their alternative fetish, as long as it is not hurting or harming another. I've encountered this, too, but it doesnt change who Iam.
I understand your reaction to those people, but seriously, they arent worth your time. You are in a place where you are understood and accepted. For those who join in and share your fetish, good. Those who dont accept it, thats their right, but for people who behave like that, they have real problems, and arent worth your time. It is unfortunate that people have to behave as those posters did to you, but, unfortunately, that is a reality of the internet world that there are people like that. I just ignore such, proceed as I have been, and move along to those who do accept me. That is all one can do.

Considering the culture of those kinds of forums, I don't think that being knocked by them is all that bad.

After all, my thought process is that people spending that much time posting on a forum acting as buttheads probably means they have unresolved issues involving their own self esteem. We are probably talking about 16 year old kids who sit in the back of the class with very little in the way of social standing and this is the outlet for their rage. People who take themselves too seriously are worthless anyway.

I mean, after all, you see someone face to face like that and you know they are some scumbag, you are just going to say "Whatever".

I think the conception of 'us' tickle fetishists is that we are animals who tickle someone without any form of consent, then go and pleasure ourselves in the bathroom. I know as a foot fetish guy, the conception of me is that I'd love to be in a shoe store smelling shoes and popping a woody at the very sight of feet. In all actuality, unless I am actually playing with those feet, I am not going to gain any satisfaction from it.

Sure, I glance at girls with sandals on. But I honestly do not see the problem there. I wouldn't be disheartened at this stuff. Whilst the reactions discussed don't surprise me in the least, their opinions mean nothing. As meangry said, people who spend so much time slating strangers over the internet won't be doing too great with their real lives.
I can't think of anyone in my life who means anything to me who would react badly if I told them about my fetish. A while ago, one of my friends said pregnant women seem to turn him on. The way he was talking about it was hilarious, and we all just thought it was funny. It was quickly forgotten. (except a few weeks later we were in town and I pointed out a young mother-to-be and he laughed and said "she's not far gone enough". Everyone has a fetishes, even if they're only minor kinks or quirks. Another of my friends once said that he'd try pissing/being pissed on just because it was so dirty. Now I don't know if i'd try that, but again, it just turned into a hilarious conversation where we debated how and where you'd do it and how funny it would be if you just wet yourself lying on top of your girlfriend expecting her to be aroused. You can easily picture these people who act so righteous on the internet in a situation like that and you know they'd look like humorless, socially maladapted, weirdos.
Remember, you just have to be confident in the belief that it's nothing to be ashamed of. Alot of people have the confidence and sense of humor to make light of even the strangest of fetishes. Fuck these sad internet-nerds.
