I can attest to that myself. Out of the 4 consistent play partners I have, all four have been treated to tickling. The few kinky friends I play with on an on again/off again basis have also been converted. There's ways to present the idea to a sub/bottom that will either perk their curiosity or, at the very least, submit to it if other conditions for negotiations are met.

The advantage of FL for me has been the ability to search loosely by location and demographic for potential friends. TMF does a fair job with the Personals area, but in FL I've joined tickling groups and been able to do some sorting by age and city to find people nearby.

Since tickling's my only fetish, I've spent more time on TMF. The tickling groups in FL are less active by a long shot than TMF. Nothing against the moderators of those groups, since it's hard work to keep something fresh.

So far, I've had more PMs on FL than on TMF, and made more friends there as a result. We'll see where things are in six months.

I have to say this about it.. I made a profile and titled myself my old name from years ago, added a pic and filled out my fetish interests.. I guess whether or not Fetlife has a lot of options for you really just depends on your lifestyle and what kinds of things you're into. I used to have an account in hopes of meeting more people into tickling and such on there, but I started getting creeped on a LOT and an overwhelming majority were into things that I just don't like so I ended up deleting my account and staying on here. The 1-2 nice ones I met were sweet and all, but as a pretty tame kinkster, just not for me.
