Film Starring By Robert Hays

I don´t know the name of this film, I only remember that it was performed by Robert Hays. He had two sons and a daughter.
In this film, the daughter and the younger son were tied on the chair and barefoot. The elder boy, with a feather, tickled his brother´s nose trying to get information.
¿Does anyone knows the name of that film?
