My 41st birthday was spent in the operating room having surgery on my knee for the 4th time

I might be lucky enough to have a tickle session this week with me being the lee for a change

to get a restful night sleep i sometimes use earplugs to block all sound and a sleep mask to block any light and use especially when I have a migraine

My feet are extremely ticklish that rubbing them on a rug drives me insane

I'm going to the Lobster Hut this weekend with my wife and our friend Lindsey for lunch
