You can catch it on bbc iplayer. Its about this eccentric/crazy girl living in London, and its pretty good.

The scene in question is at the beginning of episode 5, while she is being examined by a doctor who asks her to lift her arm so he can feel her armpit. She has a very cute reaction and is enjoying the whole experience a little too much.

Having just started watching this on BBC iPlayer I've just come upon the scene. It's great!

Interestingly, Sophie Waller Bridge not only starred as Fleabag but also wrote the series. So she was essentially writing a scene about herself getting tickled... I like that!
