Uhm...ticklish...yes. Wanting to be tickled....no. Appreciating it if someone gave out their contact information in a tickling forum....HELL NO!
 
There is no difference if you do it in private or public! I would be pissed if someone forwarded my contact info somewhere!
 
I wouldn't give out contact info regardless if I have permission or not. That doesn't seem to be a reasonable request. It's one thing if you have this in the personal section and some one in said profession decides to answer to it an entirely separate thing to ask people who don't know you from any other Joe Shmoe to forward you contact information for their friends. Those friends don't know you and I would never give anyone's contact info out for something of this nature. It is both irresponsible and unsafe. I wish you luck in fulfilling this fantasy but I would advise a much different approach.
