There are several different ways to do it. Notice that they used two very limber women, both former dancers -- it's an illusion in which, when they turn the box so that her head is pointing toward the audience (to put the "head stock" on), she tucks her legs back under her body and there are plastic feet moved by motors that flip down in the place of the woman's real feet.
She puts her real feet back down again and folds up the motorized feet when they turn the box to remove the "head stock" at the end of the illusion. A nice variation in this one is that they had the women change their dress a bit while they were tucked in the box.
I know that sounds hard to do, but for an already-limber woman it only takes a few days practice to get it down.
Nice thing about this is that they tickled Florence's feet when her real feet were still in the bottom of the box, and that nice wiggle at the end was her real feet back too. Nice!

You're right, from the top view, it looks like they are hers, but that whole part of the scene I mentioned looks odd. Also, I can't tell if the audio isn't synced up on the clip, but she seems to laugh about a second and a half after she is tickled, almost as if someone is telling her to.
I remember watching this and thinking it was real, but I was a hard up 16 year old in 1982 that would take literally anything I could get, LOL!
