hey yaqi... i definitly recommend the arms over the head idea so he can get their pits better
on the arms raised over the head...
Having Howard raise the arms may seem like a good idea, but i think that is very unlikely because i don't think many celebrities would be comfortable with that. I think he chooses the old chair because the celebrities don't feel as vulnerable and have the feeling that they can semi-protect themselves which makes them a little more willing. I guarantee you that miss teen USA chick would not have allowed Howard to tie her arms above his head, she was being very risistant as is. I say just leave it as it is and let Howard do his thing, and a damn good thing it is too.

Tickling on Stern Show .New Tickle Pole
Howard did a Porn Factor(takeoff of fear factor) today and one of the challenges was for the Porn Actress to get strapped into Howard's new Tickle Pole. Basically her arms are attached to a set of padded cuffs hanging from the ceiling and her legs are shackled spread apart.
Howard has kind of gotten the right idea because now with their arms above their head and standing he can tickle their armpits and belly ,sides better but now he can't tickle their feet.
My suggestion since this is Yaqi's thread .That Howard move the tickle chair over to where the padded cuffs are hanging from the ceiling so not only will the girl have her hands above her head but she will be sitting down with her feet out in front of her.
You also have the option of not putting her hands over her head if Howard thinks it might scare off models and actresses who arent strippers or porn stars.
The names of the porn stars tickled today were:Tera Patrick(very tickish she lost!) Brianna Banks and Savanna Samson

I'm one of the thankfuls, as spending 3/4 of my life WITHOUT tickling on TV...Well, you get my meaning. Even my one complaint isn't completely justified, but I'm STILL fuming because Stern BLEW OFF A CALLED IN REQUEST TO PUT BAI LING IN THE TICKLE CHAIR! After all, she's the one who ruined many takes during Red Corner due to Richard Gere's tickling attacks... The teeth still gnash.
All right. It's off my chest. Again. I know lots of you have heard me bellyaching about this, but Stern hasn't yet.

Well here is my post of the year or so. I have NO complaint to Howard about this. He doesn't have to do this at all and if he recieves complaints then he may just end it all together. I say let him do his thing. Yaqi, I like the idea of showing how to tickle but I say let him do it any way he chooses. I saw one person said to get rid of the chair and get an X-Frame...Are you insane? This is not a tickle fetish show. He even makes it clear that he doesn't get off on this while others do....most of us. If he gets all these complaints then I'm sure he'll just stop all together.
A celebrity I would love to see in the chair would have to be Angelina Jolie.

Well....Howard likes crazy things....so maybe there´s one thing that could go well with the chair stuff.
What about the introdution of a "diabolical toothbrush" in the hands of that guy....guess it´s artie or something....the guy who usually get´s their feet. I believe they could try it cause they could create some kind of ridiculous noise to go along with it and make it fun in the radio. Besides....everyone knows those things tickle like heel on the feet! 😛 so....could be a win win situation.....only set back could be the models geting scared but then again Howard could try it just one or two times and see how it goes.

I just saw the Alana Curry clip and I must say; let us not critisize Howard's tickling chair too much but let us be glad there is at least one person in the entire media-world who can deliver us such great "celebrity"-tickling! I know this has been siad before but it's really an opninion I share!
