its easy to blame the paraphelia, when the root problem is most likely boorish lack of social skills, lack of empathy, decorum, and poor self-control. Which is also read: "Asshat-ism"

I've seen him on Youtube but never noticed him here. He had some videos posted a year or two ago but his account has since been deleted. I figured he was going to get in serious trouble; he mentioned on his channel about approaching women in public to "interview" them about their feet. Just not a good idea. Of course, per a couple news reports I've seen today, this wasn't the guys first arrest......and he was already listed as a registered sex offender.
