As long as the person using the oil doesn't go overboard and pour the entire bottle on you it shouldn't be that messy. As far as baby oil being a good tool for upper body tickling I am all for it. NOT strange at all... Surprisingly common for the tall woman I know. My Amazonian friend is 6'2 and she LOVES being tickled by guys that are like 5'8ish kinda height.
