God I hate all the neurotic creepy fanboys and fangirls of this book. The book itself doesn't even make sense!

Yeah, the vampires are IMMUNE TO SUNLIGHT, GARLIC, HOLY WATER, SILVER, MIRRORS, and everything PLUS THEY HAVE all their normal abilities and yet they fear humanity. Uh, WHY? They're fucking immortal killing machines!

They could have RULED THE BLOODY PLANET LONG AGO. Yet they're afraid of revealing their presence. Why run from your freaking food if you have NOTHING TO FEAR from your food?
